About
ZirkulariS

ZirkulariS is a consultancy studio for circular and climate-conscious design — founded on the conviction that architecture is only future-ready when it conserves resources, operates within cycles and contributes positively to environment and society.

Founded by Andrés Espinosa, ZirkulariS combines technical expertise, architectural understanding and a systemic mindset. Every planning decision is considered within material, environmental and performance cycles — from the first concept to implementation.

Our objective is to support architects, developers and clients with rigorous sustainability intelligence, enabling projects to be realized in an ecologically responsible, economically viable and future-resilient manner.

What is our Mission?

Building within planetary boundaries.

planetare Grenzen

Together, we shape a future where quality of life and ecological balance reinforce one another.

Our Vision
ZirkulariS represents a culture of building that enhances quality of life while strengthening the ecological systems on which it depends.
We support architects, engineers and developers in shaping buildings and infrastructures that are ecologically regenerative, socially responsible and economically resilient.

Our Approach
We understand design as a powerful lever for positive change.
ZirkulariS does not replace architectural authorship — we complement it.
By contributing specialized expertise in circular systems, carbon intelligence and regenerative strategies, we expand the strategic capacity of planning teams and unlock new design potential.
We operate at the intersection of architecture, engineering and environmental systems — aligning disciplines to create coherence, robustness and measurable impact.

Regenerative Design
Regenerative design goes beyond sustainability.
It does not merely reduce harm — it actively contributes to the renewal of ecosystems, resources and communities.
Inspired by the framework of Doughnut Economics, we work within a safe and just operating space — balancing planetary boundaries with the social foundations of collective wellbeing.

We stand for

  • Design as Added Value
Spaces that restore resources and elevate quality of life.

  • Systemic Thinking
Integration of ecological, technical and social cycles.

  • Collaboration
Complementary expertise for interdisciplinary planning teams.

  • Long-Term Impact
Architecture that remains relevant, resilient and responsible over time.

Our Objective
Zirkularis strengthens existing design teams by integrating regenerative and circular strategies into real-world projects.
Together, we create solutions that perform today and endure tomorrow — for people, ecosystems and society.

regeneratives Design

Regenerative design conceives architecture as an active contribution to living ecological and social systems.
